What You Need to Know About ISO Certification?

What is ISO Certification?
ISO certification can be defined as a process carried out by an audit organization independent of the customer and certification stakeholders for the purpose of ISO management system certification. A process where an auditor authorized in ISO Standards performs an audit against a reference (an ISO Standard) on an organization, thereby confirming that that organization complies with the requirements of that reference.

What Are Major ISO Certifications?
ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, which prove that the certified organization has implemented and maintains a customer-oriented and customer-oriented quality management system;
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems, the certified organization aims to reduce its environmental impact and manage its environmental aspects. means that it implements and maintains a focused environmental management system;
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, that is, the certified organization has implemented and maintains an Occupational Health and Safety management system focused on reducing accidents and Occupational Health and Safety risks;
ISO 27001 – Information Security Management Systems means that the certified organization implements and maintains an Information Security management system that focuses on information security controls;
ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 - Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management Systems, respectively, this is the certified organization's Implements and maintains an Anti-Bribery and Compliance management system focused on preventing bribery and meeting Compliance obligations.

How to get ISO certification?
Once the ISO standard to be applied is determined implementation, preparation of documents and records, training of relevant personnel, establishment of controls, execution of an internal audit, and performing critical analysis by management. Afterwards, they can get ISO certificate by passing audits by an authorized Certification Body.
